Life can be challenging and inevitably we all experience difficult times that cause struggle. This struggle manifests itself in many ways with detrimental effects on physical and mental health, spiritual well being and feelings of disconnection. Or it may simply feel like we are searching for that missing piece to life’s puzzle.
The approach presented here is in how we manage these obstacles and the trials and tribulations of this journey or perceive them in a different way.

Be Well Do Good mantra represents Dr. S.’ holistic approach to mental health wellbeing.
Being Well refers to your own self-care journey. It encompasses curiosity, empathy, mental and physical health, self-awareness.
Doing Good readily occurs from being well. When you are well you are motivated and
able to actively participate in evolution and positive change through actions. You are also
able to help others on their journey.
